Comparative analysis of multiple retrieval algorithms for tower-based solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence
- “Sunlight induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF) is a weak optical signal emitted during vegetation photosynthesis, which has been widely used in various fields such as vegetation productivity estimation, stress monitoring, and phenology monitoring in recent years. This study conducted a comparative analysis and evaluation of six SIF inversion algorithms based on hyperspectral data obtained from tower base observations at mountain forest sites, clarifying the differences between these algorithms and providing reference for the selection of SIF inversion algorithms in different usage scenarios in the future.”
