سعيًا لإيجاد طريقة فعالة ودقيقة لاستخلاص مساحة زراعة أرز الموسم الواحد في شمال شرق الصين، تناولت هذه الدراسة مدينة بانجين في مقاطعة لياونينغ كمجال بحث، مستخدمة صور GF-6 WFV الأحادية التوقيت ومتسلسلة التوقيت التي تغطي فترات الطور الحيوي الرئيسية للأرز، وأنشأت أربعة أنواع من المتغيرات المميزة: السمات الطيفية، مؤشرات الغطاء النباتي، مؤشرات المسطحات المائية، ومؤشرات الحافة الحمراء. تم ترتيب الأهمية باستخدام طريقة تقليل عدم النقاء المتوسط واختيار أفضل ميزات الإدخال عبر طريقة الخطأ خارج الحقيبة، وبني نموذج الغابات العشوائية المختار وفقًا للميزات، لاستخراج توزيع زراعة الأرز في بانجين لعام 2020. وأظهرت النتائج: (1) باستخدام صور أحادية التوقيت خلال فترات طور الأرز المختلفة، تجاوزت دقة التصنيف الإجمالية 94%، وكان التصنيف الأفضل خلال فترة زراعة الأرز (زرع الشتلات) بدقة إجمالية 97.67%، وقيمة F1 للأرز 98.84%، ومعامل كابا 0.97 ودقة نقاط التحقق الميداني 97.22%. (3) مقارنة نتائج استخراج الأرز بمشاركة معلومات الحافة الحمراء وغير مشاركتها أظهرت أن إدخال نطاق الحافة الحمراء ومؤشر الحافة الحمراء رفع من دقة التصنيف. (4) إدخال نطاق الحافة الأرجوانية والحافة الصفراء رفع من دقة التصنيف، لكن بدرجة أقل من المعلومات الحافة الحمراء. تبرهن الدراسة أن نموذج الغابات العشوائية القائم على اختيار الميزات باستخدام صور أحادية التوقيت عند مرحلة زراعة الشتلات يمكن أن يلبي متطلبات الدقة في التطبيق الفعلي، لكن استخدام الصور المتسلسلة يعزز الدقة أكثر. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ترفع النطاقات الجديدة لأقمار GF-6 الصناعية دقة تصنيف الأرز، مما يبرز إمكانيات تطبيقية كبيرة لأقمار GF-6 في استخلاص المحاصيل التفصيلي.
