تقنية الاستشعار عن بُعد، بفضل تغطيتها الواسعة، والقدرة على التحديث الزمني العالي، والحصول على معلومات متعددة الأبعاد، أصبحت أداة مهمة في المسح الحرجي. تتميز صور الاستشعار عن بُعد متعددة الأطياف بدقة مكانية وطيفية عالية تُمكّن من التقاط الفروق الطيفية بين الغطاء الأرضي بشكل فعال، بينما توفر بيانات رادار الفتحة التركيبية معلومات مستقرة عن هيكل السطح وملامح النسيج، مما يشكل مكملاً هامًا للميزات الطيفية. ومع ذلك، فإن الاختلافات في الهيكل النمطي والتعبير المعلوماتي بين بيانات الاستشعار النشطة والسلبية تؤدي غالباً إلى تأثير اندماج محدود، مما يؤثر على دقة التصنيف. لمواجهة هذه المشكلة، تم اختيار منطقة في مدينة بوئر بمقاطعة يونان كمنطقة دراسية، مع اختيار 3 أنواع من الأشجار الحرجية (مجموعة) (صنوبر سيمو، والأوكاليبتوس، والبلوط) ونوع واحد من الأراضي الاقتصادية (مزارع الشاي) بالإضافة إلى 3 أنواع أخرى من الغطاء الأرضي كهدف للتصنيف، وتم بناء شبكة تعلم عميق لتصنيف الغابات تدمج بيانات الاستشعار النشطة والسلبية تحت ظروف عينات صغيرة. تدمج هذه الطريقة صور Sentinel-2 متعددة الأطياف مع صور Sentinel-1 SAR، وتقترح شبكة دمج انتباه متبادل موجهة بشكل أساسي بناءً على صور متعددة الأطياف، مع إدخال آلية ترشيح منظمة تستعمل معدلات إسقاط قابلة للتعلم لتحقيق قابلية الضبط الديناميكي لخصائص الاهتمام الذاتي والمتبادل. خلال عملية الدمج، يستخرج النموذج الميزات البارزة من الصور متعددة الأطياف عبر آلية الاهتمام الذاتي، ويربطها باهتمام متبادل لتوجيه رد الفعل تجاه المناطق الأساسية في بيانات SAR، مع التحكم الديناميكي في مساهمة كل نمط خلال مرحلة دمج الميزات. تظهر النتائج التجريبية أن الطريقة المقترحة تحقق أفضل أداء بين استراتيجيات ومستويات الدمج المختلفة، حيث تصل الدقة الإجمالية للتصنيف إلى 95.24%، وتصل دقة تصنيف الأوكاليبتوس، مزرعة الشاي، البلوط وصنوبر سيمو إلى 96.78%، 94.07%، 91.73%، و92.90% على التوالي. تؤكد الدراسة فعالية آلية الاهتمام المتبادل في النمذجة التعاونية لمعلومات الاستشعار النشط والسالب، وتوفر نهجًا ودعمًا تقنيًا لتصنيف الغابات متعددة المصادر في بيئات معقدة.
