Resümee

Wälder sind der größte Kohlenstoffspeicher in terrestrischen Ökosystemen. Die Klärung des Grundbestands an Kohlenstoffspeichern in Wäldern und des Potenzials zur Senkensteigerung ist von großer Bedeutung für die Erreichung der nationalen "Doppel-Kohlenstoff"-Strategieziele. Fernerkundung zeichnet sich durch makroskopische, umfassende, dynamische, schnelle und wiederholbare Eigenschaften aus. Angesichts der technischen Engpässe der Fernerkundung bei der Kohlenstoffmessung der Waldvegetation baut dieser Beitrag auf der Struktur und den Wachstumsmodellen einzelner Bäume ein neues System zur Kohlenstoffmessung der Waldvegetation auf: (1) Integration von Luft- und Bodendaten aus dem Laserscanning zur Extraktion des Brusthöhendurchmessers, der Baumhöhe und der Kronenstrukturparameter und Entwicklung einer Methode zur Berechnung des Kohlenstoffspeichers im Einzelbaummaßstab; (2) Etablierung eines physikalisch interpretierbaren regionalen Modells zur Kohlenstoffspeicherung der Wälder auf Pixelebene basierend auf Kronenhöhe und Kronenschluss, das die Unsicherheit der Fernerkundungsregression durch maschinelles/tiefes Lernen überwindet; (3) Auf Basis des pixelgenauen Kohlenstoffspeichermodells und der Einzelbaumanwachsgleichungen wird das regionale Kohlenstoffsenkenpotenzial durch Vorhersage der zukünftigen Kronenhöhen und Kronenschlussgrade genau geschätzt. Dieser Beitrag folgt der Hauptlinie "Waldparzellen-Kohlenstoffspeicher—regionaler Wald-Kohlenstoffspeicher—regionaler Wald-Kohlenstoffsenkenpotenzial", wobei von Parzellen auf Region räumlich und von Kohlenstoffspeichern auf Senken zeitlich ausgedehnt wird, um ein neues auf Fernerkundung basierendes Kohlenstoffmesssystem für Waldvegetation aufzubauen.
