After an overview of the GPS supported Aerotriangulation and the Fully Automatic Aerotriangulation
this paper presents the GPS supported Automatic Aerotriangulation
including itsprinciple
method and procedure. The related software developed by the authors are briefly described. To test the new method suggested by the authors
a real data set of GPS supported aerophotography taken from Haerbin project was used. The results of the test indicates that the new method will increase the accuracy and the efficiency very significantly and the new method can be widely used in GIS data acquisition and updating.
