A Study on Relative Radiometric Correction of Multitemporal Remote Sensing Images
The relative radiometric correction is the first step of processing and analyzing of multitemporal remote sensing images.In this paper
a new method based on wavelet transform is proposed on the basis of a through study on the three traditional ones.This new method was implemented by doing relative radiometric correction only on the low frequency component of wavelet transform domain of the source image
and just remaining the high frequency components unchanged.The reconstructed image has the characteristic of keeping the high frequency information
so the radiometric diversities in the source image due to ground changes are reserved.
