Estimating the non-physiological component of canopy SIF considering dynamic leaf optical properties
- “Sunlight induced chlorophyll fluorescence (SIF) is a byproduct of photosynthesis and has the potential to quickly reflect the stress state of vegetation. It has become an important indicator for monitoring vegetation photosynthesis. This article introduces its research progress in the field of vegetation photosynthesis monitoring. Researchers have established a non physiological component estimation method for canopy SIF that considers dynamic changes in leaf optical characteristics, providing a solution to the problem of physiological component decomposition coupling in SIF signals.”
