La détection des changements sémantiques dans les images de télédétection joue un rôle important dans l’environnement écologique, l’utilisation des terres, la surveillance de la couverture terrestre, etc. Ces dernières années, les méthodes de détection de changement basées sur l’apprentissage profond sont au centre de l’interprétation intelligente de la télédétection. Cependant, les méthodes actuelles de détection des changements sémantiques à trois branches manquent de modélisation de la cohérence entre la branche des changements et la branche sémantique, ce qui conduit à des contradictions dans la détection des changements sémantiques à deux temps. Pour résoudre ce problème, cet article propose un algorithme de détection des changements sémantiques dans les images de télédétection basé sur un CNN jumeau et un Transformer. Lors de la phase d’encodage, un réseau ResNet34 jumeau est d’abord conçu pour extraire des caractéristiques multi-échelles de l’image et un module de renforcement des différences est intégré pour améliorer l’attention à l’information des changements ; ensuite, un marqueur sémantique est utilisé pour mapper la carte des caractéristiques en tokens sémantiques compacts, et un encodeur Transformer modélise conjointement l’information sémantique et les changements à deux temps pour modéliser la cohérence « sémantique-changement ». Lors de la phase de décodage, un décodeur Transformer utilise des connexions de saut pour fusionner des informations sémantiques à différents niveaux de granularité, générant une carte de caractéristiques sémantiques affinée ; après suréchantillonnage et multiplication avec un masque, le résultat des changements sémantiques à deux temps est obtenu. Les résultats expérimentaux sur les ensembles de données publics de détection de changements sémantiques de télédétection SECOND et Landsat-SCD montrent que l’algorithme proposé peut efficacement se focaliser sur les zones de changement, maintenir la cohérence entre les résultats de changement et les résultats sémantiques, et obtenir d’excellents indicateurs d’évaluation et effets visuels.
