Extração de arroz de safra única do nordeste a partir de imagens GF-6 com fusão de seleção de características e algoritmo de floresta aleatória

Resumo

Buscando um método eficiente e de alta precisão para extrair a área de cultivo de arroz de safra única no nordeste, este estudo considerou a cidade de Panjin, na província de Liaoning, como área de pesquisa, utilizando seis cenas de imagens GF-6 WFV de fase única que cobrem os principais períodos fenológicos do arroz, assim como imagens temporais. Foram construídas quatro categorias de variáveis características: características espectrais, índices de vegetação, índices de corpos d’água e índices de borda vermelha. A importância foi ordenada pelo método de redução da impureza média, e as melhores características de entrada foram selecionadas pelo método do erro fora da bolsa. Um modelo de floresta aleatória baseado na seleção de características foi estabelecido para extrair a distribuição da plantação de arroz em Panjin no ano de 2020. Os resultados mostram: (1) Com base em imagens de fase única durante diferentes períodos fenológicos do arroz, a precisão geral da classificação foi superior a 94%, sendo o melhor resultado na imagem do período de transplante do arroz, com precisão geral de 97,67%, valor F1 (arroz) de 98,84%, coeficiente Kappa de 0,97 e precisão dos pontos de validação de campo de 97,22%. (2) Em comparação com as imagens de fase única, o uso de imagens temporais para classificação da cobertura do solo e extração de informações do arroz pode aumentar efetivamente a precisão da classificação, com precisão geral de 99,33%, valor F1 (arroz) de 100,00%, coeficiente Kappa de 0,99 e precisão dos pontos de validação de 97,22%. (3) A análise comparativa dos resultados da extração com e sem a participação das informações da borda vermelha mostrou que a introdução da banda e do índice de borda vermelha pode melhorar a precisão da classificação. (4) A introdução das bandas de borda púrpura e borda amarela pode melhorar a precisão, mas o efeito é inferior à informação da borda vermelha. Este estudo comprova que o modelo de floresta aleatória baseado na seleção de características, utilizando imagens de fase única no período de transplante do arroz, pode atender às necessidades de precisão para aplicações práticas, mas o uso de imagens temporais pode melhorar ainda mais a precisão. Além disso, as novas bandas do satélite GF-6 podem aumentar a precisão da classificação do arroz, mostrando um grande potencial de aplicação do satélite GF-6 na extração detalhada de culturas.
