Для решения проблемы автоматического определения типов повреждений зданий на основе облаков точек LiDAR в сложных сценариях после землетрясения, чтобы удовлетворить требования скорости реагирования и точности в чрезвычайных ситуациях, чтобы избавиться от традиционного извлечения характеристик повреждений вручную и полностью используя информацию о повреждениях зданий в зоне бедствия, далее достигнуть автоматического и интеллектуального определения зданий. В этой статье метод глубокого обучения точечных облаков 3D применяется для определения повреждений зданий, создана база данных точечных облаков, содержащая типы повреждений, такие как обрушение, частичное обрушение и необрушение. Сеть PointNet++ исследует влияние объема и баланса образцов на точность определения, а также предлагает метод усиления образцов поврежденных зданий, обогащая формы точек в образцах различных классов. На основе данных LiDAR после землетрясения 7,0 балла Гаити в 2010 году было проведено сравнение точности классификации до и после усиления образцов в сети PointNet++, результаты показали увеличение точности классификации обрушения и частичного обрушения на 27% и 17% соответственно после усиления образцов, и повышение общей средней точности классификации и коэффициента Kappa на 15%.
