Классификация морского дна на основе технологии воздушного LiDAR-батиметрического зондирования (ALB) может предоставить базовые данные для освоения морских ресурсов в мелководных районах, охраны морской среды и строительства морских инженерных сооружений, что имеет важное значение для морской деятельности и морских научных исследований. Для решения проблемы избыточности признаков при классификации морского дна с использованием ALB, в данной работе предложен алгоритм классификации донных отложений с учетом оптимального выбора волновых и топографических признаков. На основе извлечения волновых и топографических признаков был построен модель оптимального выбора признаков Relief-F, которая посредством вычисления вклада каждого признака в классификацию донного грунта реализует мультипризнаковый выбор. Затем с использованием трех классификаторов с обучением с учителем: случайный лес (RF), метод опорных векторов (SVM) и нейронная сеть обратного распространения ошибки (BPNN) выполнена классификация для выделения пяти типов донных пород: кораллы, галька, песок, растительность и прибрежная зона. Для проверки эффективности предложенного метода классификации проведены эксперименты с использованием реальных данных ALB острова Ганьцюань архипелага Сиша, результаты показали, что после оптимального выбора признаков с помощью алгоритма Relief-F точность классификации для RF, SVM и BPNN повысилась на 1,1%, 1,1% и 2,7% соответственно; при этом классификация методом случайного леса отличается более высокой точностью, общий показатель точности OA и коэффициент Каппа достигли 95,36% и 0,94 соответственно. Результаты данного исследования могут обеспечить эффективную техническую поддержку для требований классификации донных пород в области морской инженерии и других сферах.
