В связи с ограничениями, обусловленными условиями съемки, датчиками и другими факторами, высокоразрешающие спутниковые изображения подвержены явлению облаков, что серьезно влияет на качество изображений и последующий интеллектуальный анализ. Благодаря своей мощной способности к изучению особенностей, методы глубокого обучения в последние годы получили широкое применение в удалении облаков на спутниковых изображениях. Учитывая, что текущие методы удаления облаков на спутниковых изображениях часто затрудняют сохранение деталей текстуры края изображений, в данной статье предлагается алгоритм удаления облаков на основе генеративно-состязательных сетей с использованием механизма внимания. Во-первых, разработан модуль остатков Фурье, интегрирующий низкочастотную и высокочастотную информацию остатков облачных слоев изображений; затем с использованием механизма внимания из каналов и пространства получают информацию о пространственном распределении облачных слоев и направляют удаление облаков; наконец, модель обучается под общей функцией потерь, обеспечивая согласованность между сгенерированными изображениями и реальными изображениями по содержанию. Результаты экспериментов на наборе данных спутниковых изображений RICE показывают, что предложенный метод удаления облаков на спутниковых изображениях на основе механизма внимания и генеративно-состязательных сетей может эффективно сохранять детали текстуры края изображений и имеет отличные количественные показатели и визуальный эффект.
