Точное последовательное мониторирование состояния растительности и водных объектов на заболоченных территориях с использованием гиперспектрального дистанционного зондирования стало важной основой для точной оценки и всестороннего мониторинга карстовых болотных экосистем. Однако существующие спутниковые гиперспектральные изображения (Satellite-based HSI) обладают низким пространственным разрешением, что затрудняет захват сложных пространственных деталей растительности на болотах. Существующие методы сверхразрешения не способны обеспечить реконструкцию изображений между платформами — от спутника до дрона, а также временное мониторирование широких болотных территорий. В связи с этим настоящее исследование предлагает кроссплатформенный модуль многомасштабного отображения признаков изображения CMIFM (Cross-Sensor Multiscale Image Feature Mapping Module). Этот модуль сначала выравнивает и трансформирует UAV-HSI (гиперспектральные изображения с беспилотных летательных аппаратов) и спутниковые HSI по пространственной шкале. Далее на основе данных наземных измерений, собранных портативным спектрометром ASD (Analytical spectral devices), осуществляется отображение UAV-HSI и Satellite-based HSI в единое спектральное пространство, что позволяет интегрировать пространственно-спектральную информацию. В завершение применяется сеть сверхразрешения (ESRGAN и SwinIR) для высококачественной реконструкции спутниковых HSI. В исследовании используются также сети глубокого обучения (DATFuse) и традиционные методы слияния (GS) для количественной оценки спектрального и пространственного качества растительных сообществ и водных объектов в результатах реконструкции и слияния изображений Sentinel-2 и OHS-02. Результаты исследования показывают: (1) сеть сверхразрешения на основе CMIFM, обучаясь на пространственно-спектральных признаках UAV-HSI, улучшает пространственное разрешение спутниковых HSI и восстанавливает тонкие пространственные текстуры растительности и водных объектов, превосходя в визуальном восприятии и количественных показателях метод слияния GS; средняя точность PSNR и SSIM для реконструкции Sentinel-2 и OHS-02 составляет 11.06 и 0.3102 соответственно; (2) спектральные значения трех типичных болотных растительных сообществ — Kikuyugrass (狗牙根), Hualarsha (华克拉莎) и макрофитов (芒草), а также вода в реконструированных изображениях обладают высокой достоверностью, среднее RMSE и точность R2 для данных ASD и OHS-02 составляют 0.1154 и 0.7239 соответственно; (3) методы CMIFM+ESRGAN и CMIFM+SwinIR обладают высокой общей способностью к пространственно-спектральной реконструкции и могут использоваться для реконструкции изображений в однородных болотных типах без данных UAV-HSI, средняя точность PSNR и SSIM — 12.74 и 0.1897; (4) исследование подтверждает применимость сверхразрешения на базе CMIFM для реконструкции сложных гиперспектральных изображений болот.
