Понимание пространственно-временных изменений сезонного снежного покрова в горных районах имеет решающее значение для управления водными ресурсами, гидрологических процессов и экологической защиты в горной среде. Данные о площади снежного покрова с высокой пространственно-временной разрешающей способностью являются важным инструментом для мониторинга изменений снежного покрова в горах. Однако из-за ограничений в производительности датчиков существующих продуктов дистанционного зондирования площадь снежного покрова не может одновременно обеспечивать высокую временную и пространственную разрешающую способность, что затрудняет точное выявление мелких изменений сильно неоднородного пятнистого снежного покрова в горах. Для мониторинга пространственно-временной динамики площади снежного покрова в данном исследовании выбран северный склон гор Цилинь в качестве объекта исследования. Используя данные спутников MODIS и Landsat 8, разработан метод получения площади снежного покрова с высокой пространственно-временной разрешающей способностью на основе многоресурсных данных и сети U-Net++. Разработанный метод верифицирован с использованием высокоразрешающих данных Landsat и Sentinel. Проведено сравнение и верификация с алгоритмами пространственно-временного слияния STARFM и DMNet, которые косвенно восстанавливают площадь снежного покрова на основе интеграции данных отражательной способности с высокой пространственно-временной разрешающей способностью. Результаты показали, что: (1) Алгоритм восстановления площади снежного покрова с пространственным разрешением 30 м на базе сети U-Net++ эффективно восстановил детали снежного покрова в горных районах. Точность алгоритма была высокой, общая точность составила 90,4%, точность картографирования — 89,9%, пользовательская точность — 88,4%, коэффициент Каппа — 0,80. Восстановленные результаты были достаточно устойчивы, при различных условиях снежного покрова, подстилающей поверхности и облачности общая точность отличалась менее чем на 3% и оставалась выше 88%. (2) По сравнению с методами косвенного восстановления площади снежного покрова на основе пространственно-временного слияния STARFM и DMNet общая точность улучшилась на 8,7% и 5,2%, точность картографирования — на 24,1% и 18,4%, коэффициент Каппа — на 0,20 и 0,12. В целом, разработанный в данном исследовании алгоритм восстановления ежедневной площади снежного покрова с пространственным разрешением 30 м на базе сети U-Net++ показал эффективность в восстановлении высокоточных данных с высокой пространственно-временной разрешающей способностью, что имеет важное значение для моделирования горного стока, оценки запасов снега и предотвращения бедствий.
