Глубокое обучение предоставляет эффективный способ извлечения зданий из данных дистанционного зондирования, но при различии распределения обучающих данных (исходная область) и тестовых данных (целевой область), использование модели, обученной только на исходной области, на целевой области приводит к значительному снижению точности. Метод адаптации домена для извлечения зданий может преодолеть различия в распределении данных между доменами и улучшить способность к распознаванию информации о зданиях в различных условиях. В связи с трудностью получения меток целевого домена и высокой стоимостью разметки, а также недостаточным использованием неизменных свойств зданий для обеспечения междоменной согласованности в текущих методах, в данной статье предлагается метод адаптации домена для извлечения зданий из данных дистанционного зондирования, направляемый априорной информацией о форме и положении. Сначала автоматически извлекаются угловые точки зданий в целевой области с использованием индекса зданий и метода Харриса, а также извлекаются края зданий из размеченных данных исходной области с помощью морфологических методов, чтобы служить априорной информацией о форме для обоих доменов. Затем разработан метод извлечения априорной информации о положении на основе гауссового преобразования, при котором объекты OSM целевого домена и размеченные объекты исходного домена преобразуются в двудоменные априорные данные о положении. Наконец, используя указанную априорную информацию о форме, формируется функция потерь формы, а также задаются тренировочные ограничения для объектов зданий в обоих доменах; двудоменные априорные данные о положении добавляются в виде отдельного дополнительного канала к составному изображению с 4 каналами, обогащая информацию о зданиях целевой области, после чего разработана модель адаптации домена для извлечения зданий AU_AdaptNet на основе состязательного обучения. Экспериментальные результаты показывают, что показатель IoU для предлагаемого метода увеличивается на 15% по сравнению с базовой моделью без адаптации домена, на 6% выше, чем у модели адаптации домена без руководства априорной информацией, и даже при отсутствии данных OSM в целевой области точность извлечения адаптации домена может быть повышена только за счет руководства априорной информацией о форме; при низкой полноте данных OSM целевой области достигаются результаты, сопоставимые с полунанаблюдаемыми методами адаптации домена, использующими высококачественные метки целевого домена.
