Поляризационный САР (синтетический апертурный радиолокатор) благодаря своим преимуществам круглосуточного и всепогодного функционирования играет важную роль в классификации сельскохозяйственных культур. В настоящее время построение связи между поляризационными признаками разложения и культурами на основе методов машинного обучения является важным способом реализации классификации поляризационного САР. Однако существующие методы двуполяризационного разложения часто зависят от фиксированных моделей рассеяния и могут получать только дискретные признаки рассеяния, что ограничивает их способность точно описывать сложную информацию о рассеянии сельскохозяйственных культур. В связи с этим в данной статье предложен метод извлечения признаков рассеяния двуполяризационного САР на основе вращательного преобразования. Метод использует два поляризационных параметра для описания двуполяризационного пространства и построения векторa вращения. Непрерывные проекции наблюдательной матрицы на вектор вращения позволяют получить огромное множество непрерывных признаков рассеяния, что более полно отражает характеристики рассеяния различных культур и усиливает межклассовые различия. В качестве экспериментальных площадок выбраны сельскохозяйственные районы городов Цзиньчан в провинции Ганьсу, Китай, и Калифорния, США. Результаты экспериментов показывают, что по сравнению с существующими методами двуполяризационного разложения точность классификации в экспериментальной зоне Цзиньчан новой методикой достигает 96,10%, что на 4,73%, 2,23% и 2,83% выше, чем у матрицы C2, разложения Стокса и разложения Клауде соответственно; в экспериментальной зоне Калифорнии точность классификации составила 93,01%, с улучшением на 5,07%, 3,19% и 3,13% по сравнению с указанными методами, что доказывает стабильное повышение классификационных показателей предлагаемым методом в различных сельскохозяйственных условиях.
