Sobre la base de los datos del módulo lunar chino Chang'e y otros materiales geológicos sobre la Luna, un equipo liderado por el Instituto de Geoquímica de la Academia de Ciencias de China ha elaborado un mapa geológico completo de la Luna a una escala de 1:2500000, un mapa geológico lunar por segmentos, un mapa sintético de características estructurales de la Luna, un mapa de distribución de rocas lunares y 30 mapas geológicos por segmentos, incluido el segmento LQ-20 de la Bahía de Vino. El segmento LQ-20 llama la atención con el evento destacado de impacto de la cuenca de la Bahía de Vino con el límite del Eón Íctico al apreciado.
