El color del agua de los lagos, como reflejo directo de las características ópticas del agua, es una variable climática importante en los ecosistemas lacustres. En los últimos años, el índice Forel-Ule (FUI) obtenido mediante teledetección satelital se ha utilizado ampliamente para indicar los cambios espacio-temporales en los ecosistemas y la calidad del agua en grandes áreas de lagos. La observación cooperativa mediante satélites multifuente puede aumentar significativamente la frecuencia y la cobertura espacio-temporal, pero el problema de la coherencia en la inversión de datos requiere solución. Este estudio, centrado en seis lagos típicos de la meseta tibetana, propone un método de corrección de coherencia para la inversión del índice FUI basado en productos de reflectancia superficial de Landsat 5/TM, Landsat 7/ETM+, Landsat 8/OLI y MODIS, para corregir las diferencias en el ángulo cromático y en la inversión del FUI causadas por la función de respuesta espectral del satélite y los sesgos sistémicos en los productos de reflectancia. Primero, se utiliza un método de corrección polinómica basado en un conjunto de datos simulados de cuerpos de agua para corregir la respuesta espectral del ángulo cromático invertido en las bandas visibles de cada sensor satelital; segundo, se construye un modelo de regresión lineal entre los ángulos cromáticos invertidos por MODIS y Landsat TM, ETM+ y OLI, utilizando 112,830 pares de datos sincronizados de reflectancia superficial obtenidos en seis lagos, para realizar una calibración cruzada; por último, se evalúa sistemáticamente la coherencia de los datos satelitales multisource en escala de píxeles y series temporales antes y después de la corrección, basándose en los datos sincronizados y en resultados de inversión de datos FUI a largo plazo. Los resultados muestran que la coherencia entre el ángulo cromático y los resultados de inversión del FUI mejora significativamente después de la corrección (R²>0.95, MAPE<10%), y que la tendencia de cambio anual promedio del FUI de los lagos obtenida con los cuatro satélites es consistente. Este estudio proporciona una base metodológica importante para la inversión colaborativa de parámetros de color del agua de lagos usando datos multisource Landsat TM, ETM+, OLI y MODIS.
