已成为遥感应用中的重要技术设备和有效的技术手段。早在1973年

中国科学院就组织研制了电子分色扫描数字化器和扫描绘图机。1977年完成了与NOVA-840计算机的实时联接

构成了IRSA-1扫描图象处理系统。此后

陆续购置了ECLIPSE S-140计

Abstract

The IRSA-2 digital image processing system was developed by the digital image processing laboratory

institute of remote sensing application. The system consisted of ECLIPSE S140 computer

COMTAL image display and digital image processing software.IRSA-2 system has perfective image management suboperation system

image processing application programs and multiuser capability. Both MENU mode and command line mode of operations are available. It is transferable and expansible.Upon being completed by the end of 1984

the system was evaluated as a advanced and successful computer digital image processing system by a lot of scientists in Academic Sinica. Its higher reliability and effeciency have been proved during its over one year serving operation.
