北京三号卫星太子城冰雪小镇影像
封面图片为北京三号卫星 A 星于 2021 年 11 月 5 日获取的张家口崇礼太子城冰雪小镇影像，该小镇是 2022 年北京冬奥会张家口赛区重点配套工程。从 影像中可以清晰地看到冬奥颁奖广场、四季商街、国际会议中心、国际度假酒店群等地物目标。北京三号卫星 A 星具有“三超”（超高敏捷、超高稳定、超高精度）、“三智”（智能复合控制、智能图像处理、智能自主规划）的技术特点，支持两视立体、三视立体成像，并在国内首次创新实现了任意航迹、东西方向斜条带拼幅等动中成像新模式。该卫星采用了以应用为中心、用户参与智能处理研制的新模式，可为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、资源环境监测管理、生态文明建设、城市精细化管理、灾害应急管理等国家重大需求和国民经济建设提供空间信息综合应用服务。
BEIJING-3A Satellite image of Taizicheng Resort
The cover image is Taizicheng Resort in the Chongli District of Zhangjiakou, acquired by the BEIJING-3A Satellite on November 5, 2021. The Resort is one of the major supporting facilities for the Zhangjiakou competition zone of Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022. From this image, the Medals Plaza, the Four-seasons Commercial Street, the International Convention Center, the International Resort Hotel Group and some other ground buildings are all clearly visible. The BEIJING-3A Satellite has technical features of ultra-high maneuverability, ultra high stability, ultra-high accuracy, intelligent composite control, intelligent image processing, and independent planning onboard. The BEIJING-3A Satellite can provide stereo/tri-stereo acquisition, and is the first satellite, which allows corridor acquisition over linear area, strip-mapping acquisition over large area during one pass in China. The BEIJING-3A Satellite adopts a new mode centering on application and enabling user participating in intelligent processing. The satellite can provide the integrated spatial information application service for national major needs and national economic construction, such as the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, resource and environmental monitoring and management, ecological civilization construction, urban fine management and disaster emergency management.
