1-meter C-SAR 01星钱塘江全极化影像
封面图片为 1-meter C-SAR 01 星于 2022 年 1 月 31 日获取的钱塘江杭州湾区域全极化伪彩色合成影像。从影像中可以清晰地看到盐官古城、淡水养殖 设施、渐变的江中河床等地物目标。该卫星由自然资源部主持建造，继承了高分三号卫星多极化、高分辨率、大幅宽、定量化的特点，对部分成像模式进行了优化，增加了船舶自动身份识别系统，实现了星上实时处理功能，延长了单次连续成像时间，并且具有自主轨控能力。该卫星将与已发射的高分三号卫星以及待发射的 1-meter C-SAR 02 星组网运行，以满足海陆观测快速重访需求，为海洋、应急管理、国土、地质、环保、水利、农业以及气象等行业 用户提供稳定可靠的业务应用数据。
1-meter C-SAR 01 satellite image of Qiantang River
The cover image is the polarimetric SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) pseudo color image of Qiantang River, obtained by 1-meter C-SAR 01 satellite on January 31, 2022. The ancient city of YanGuan, the fresh water aquaculture facilities, the scoured riverbeds and other ground objects are clearly visible. 1-meter C-SAR 01 satellite is built under the auspices of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the People΄s Republic of China. Succeeding the design of multi-polarization modes, high resolution, wide swath and quantitative measurement of GF-3, 1-meter CSAR 01 satellite implements some performance optimization such as ship automatic identification, SAR data real-time processing, continuous imaging time of single tasks, autonomous orbital control and etc. A constellation consisting of the satellite, GF-3 satellite and 1-meter C-SAR 02 satellite will operate soon. It meets the needs of rapid revisits of ocean and land observations, and provide stable and reliable operational application data of marine, emergency management, land, geology, ecology and environmental protection, water resources, agriculture and meteorology.
