Die zeitliche Abfolge von Satellitenbildern bietet eine wichtige Datenbasis für die Untersuchung der Klassifizierung der Landbedeckung. Die Extraktion von zeitlichen Klassifikationsmerkmalen mithilfe des tiefen Lernens war schon immer ein Forschungsschwerpunkt, während tiefe lernbasierte Modelle, die auf rekurrenten und Faltungsnetzen basieren, oft Schwierigkeiten haben, auf kleinen Trainingsmustern hohe Klassifikationsgenauigkeiten zu erzielen. Zur Lösung dieses Problems führt dieser Artikel die neuesten Methoden der natürlichen Sprachverarbeitung im Bereich der automatischen Aufmerksamkeit zur Klassifizierung multiskleraler satellitenzeitlicher Reihen ein. Durch Verbesserung des Transformers-Encoders: (1) Hinzufügen einer Merkmalserhöhungsschicht vor der Mehrkopfaufmerksamkeit, um die spektrale Information zu verbessern; (2) Verwendung von Streckung nach der Dimensionsreduktion anstelle des globalen maximalen Poolings GMP als Strategie zur Merkmalsdimensionierung. Aufbau eines Merkmalsextraktionsnetzwerks auf der Basis von zeitlicher Aufmerksamkeit zur Optimierung der Klassifizierungszeitreihen, Vergleich mit dem rekurrenten Netzwerk und dem Faltungsnetzwerk, Bewertung der Wirksamkeit unserer Methode an einem öffentlichen Satz von multispektralen Satellitenzeitreihen zur Verbesserung der Klassifikationsgenauigkeit von Proben. Die experimentellen Ergebnisse zeigen, dass das auf zeitlicher Aufmerksamkeit basierende Netzwerk zur Merkmalsextraktion effektiv auf die Klassifizierung multispektraler Satellitenzeitreihen angewendet werden kann und dazu beitragen kann, die Klassifikationsgenauigkeit von kleinen Stichproben zu erhöhen.
