摘要:Satellite remote seusing technique has become one of the most important means for natural resources survey in Brazil. The Institute for Space Research of Brazil hosts its satellite data receiving station and conducts basic studies in dijital image processing research for remote sensing geology has been achieved the significant results, which include in the field of regional geology mapping, mineral deposit explozation, rock type recognition, geological structure, geo-tectonics and petrolecun geology studies. Above research activities and results have provided a sound basis for CBERS (China-Brazil Earth Resource Satellite) program, which will be lunched in 1992.
摘要:A regional Microcomputer land Resource Evaluation Information System (MLREIS) was set up in Microcomputer (IBM-PC/XT) by using image data of Remote Sensing and field-work data of Land resources. The MLREIS could be used for evaluating land resources efficiently, rapidly and periodically, and mapping automatically. The method of grids was adopted in the system to encode feature values of polygon figures and to input them with digi-tigation. On the basis of principle and methods of Fuzzy mathematics, the author built a Fuzzy dynamical clustering model of suitability evaluation of land resources, and presented a Fuzzy pattern recognition model to appraise the quality of land resources. In the light of the above appreciation models, the logical image operations among multiplayer digital pictures were carried out in the MLREIS and thus the process automation of land resource evaluation was realised.
摘要:This paper discribes a test in which the TM data in Yang Gao Basin, YanBei are processed with Kauth-Thomas Transformation and analysed for the degree of salinization of soil. The analysis of transformation is done with simulated TM data and TM image elata. After comparison with standard false color TM image and the image after K-L Transformation, the result is the best between them.
摘要:The green index method and the single channel method are presented in this papr to calculate the Area of winter wheat with the NOAA/AVHRR digital data. The first one is featured by the use of the characteristics that the green index of winter wheat in a peculiar growth period is basically a constant. By selecting such a period, the total Area of winter wheat can be derivde from the area of Several sample segment. The second one uses only reflectivity of the secomd channel of AVHRR to calculate the winter wheat area. The advantage of both methods lies in the unnecessary for atmospheric attenuation correction of the vegetation index and reflectivity.
摘要:This paper deals with some techniques of landuse surveying and Mapping using color-IR air photos for estimation the flooded region and immigration area caused by the construction of power station. The study area is 19 000 square kilometers, About more than 300 sheets of landuse status map and landuse type map had been compiled and 7 sets of varied landtypes area data in corresponding area were provided to users. The expanding of remote sensing resources, a suitble local landuse classification system and selected training areas, a good mapping mathematic base, orthophoto map and linear objects extracted technique etc., have been suitablly created for getting a good results. In earlier stage of surveying of power station, the results had been used and shownagood future.
摘要:A flooding control Data Base System (FCDBS) for the Lower Yongding River is described with respect to its purposes, components, functions, characters and system design and implementation in this paper. The system is a microcomputer-based one with functions of data storage, updating, retrivial, display, and mapping. The data in FCDBS consist of flooding control projects, barriers for river flooding, dangereous situation of flooding, materials for emergency, plances of dyke burst and so on. The system is a very useful tool for flooding control and routine management of the river.

摘要:A method of rectifying the satellite remote sensing images speedily and economically is brought forward which can easily be used in production department. The main point of the method is the combination of general digital computer and Wild AVIOPLAN OR-1 Orthophoto system.The principle of the method and the results of the experiment is discussed here, and the factors which reduce the accuracy of the images are analyzed in the paper.
摘要:This paper discusses the sea oil spill detection using multispectral photographic technique. The experiment shows although sea water and oil spill have low spectral reflection values, but in 300 to 500 nm spectral region, they have larger contrast. It is possible to get good oil spill images in that spectral region. The experiment also shows that it is possible to get oil spill imaging from near ultra-violet to red spectral region with optimal spectral band selecting, but the violet-blue region is a best band, then blue-green, and the red region is poor for oil spill imaging. The results show that this technique could be used for detecting sea oil spill and sea environment pollution.
