摘要:Satellite Remote Sensing technology is a inevitable mean of monitoringthe surface of sea. It played an important part in monitoring the process of spilledheary oil at laotieshan channel on June 8th,1 990.After Landsat.TM image andNOAA AVHRR image were processed by using special technique,oil concentrationswere discriminated from the surrounding water surface on these images.Using thesuperiority of landsat’s precision and NOAA’s time phase may determine pollutionarea, its spread direction and speed.

摘要:There are different methods for geometric correction of NOAA AVHRRdata,but these methods pay less attention to the accuracy, or are technical complex,almost unsuitable for most users.When combining AVHRR data with other highresolution satellite data,or with precise ancillary data,it is necessary to develop aaccurate geometric correction method,which should be easy to use for non- profes-sional users.After analyzing the pixel shape and size of AVHRR data along scan line andevaluating the quality of geographic data within NOAA AVHRR 1B data set,it isclear that the geographic data have a very high accuracy for identify the pixel sizeand shape.The proposed method has two steps.The first step is the correction of distortedpixel.The separate program performs the distortion correction,applying the geog-raphic data of AVHRR 1B data set to assign the value of each pixel of the desiredoutput geographical area with given pixel size,and doing logical judgment for un- assigned pixels.The second step is the conventional polynomial transformation.An application of this method is presented,in which AVHRR data are integra- ted over multi-temporal data and 1∶50,000 river map with half-pixel accuracy.
摘要:Computer processing for extracting thematic information has been deve- loped by using different band ratio of TM data. In the course of the researchesauthors advanced two new methods,Directional Transformation method and LogicalIntersection method. In southern areas of subtropical volcanic rock covered with vegetation such asXin Chang,Ba Mao and Xi Kou area,the satisfied effects have been obtained.Thenew methods can eliminate the interfering information of vegetation and other ob-jects,and the hydrothermal alteration information can be extracted effectively.Itsimportance is to explore Au,Ag and multiple metalliferous ore. In the aspect of extracting information about oil gas show and detecting oilfield with the information directly in area of southern red basin,a good resulthas been achieved too by using the new method of Logical Intersection. It shows that the new methods posed in this paper is practical and have wideapplied prospects.

摘要:This paper presents a new approach called spacial frequency spectrum- correlation for the matching of remotely sensed images of different dissolution byevaluating the correlativity of low pass filtered spectrum of higher dissolution imageand that of lower dissolution image. When the coefficient is the maximum value,it is considered the best position for matching.In this paper the precision of esti-mated winter wheat area of TM image by several different classification methodsis tested bv 1:10000 B/W airphoto,the result implies that the disintegration of mi-xed pixel is of the highest estimation precision.

摘要:An integrated remote sensing monitoring technical system is built up inNorthwest Shandong Province which is the majorest cotton area of our country. The system can be used to survey the cotton distribution, monitor the disaster cau-sed by hail,analyse and output the area and levels of cotton lost.First,the subsys-tem of cotton distribution surveying is introduced based on aerial remote sensing. Then the subsystem of hail disaster monitoring is described.It is applied to followthe tracks of hail cloud such as its height, thickness.motion velocity and direction. The levels and range of hail can be defined with it.In the third subsystem whichis information system of analysis of cotton loss caused by hail,cotton field databaseand hail database are built up respectively.The cotton field loss is obtained bv in-tersection operation of the two databases,supported by pc ARC/INFO software. InJun. 23,1 990.the system was used to monitor the cotton field loss caused bv hailwhen a greater hail process took place.The application showed that the system wasboth reliable and accurate.
摘要:In this paper a television camera technique using intensified CCD isput forward in order to realize the multispectral remote sensing imaging within thevisible to near infrared wavelength region. By using this technique,the multispectralimage can be obtained within the narrow band,and more multispectral image infor- mation can be provided for the agriculture.

摘要:In this paper,the authors combine the remote sensing technique withdynamic estimating yield model,e.g.to acquire effective green index through NOAAsatellite data,estimate the index of leaf area in a certain rice unit through therelationship between green and leaf area,and estimate dried weight of each riceorgan on the basis of distributive law of rice biological quantity and the imput ofsurrounding conditions.A satisfactory simulaty effect is obtained.
摘要:AVHRR data from Meteorological Satellites have potential in flood moni-toring due to the high time resolution and low cost.Unfortunately,AVHRR,whichis a kind of visible-infrared sensor,cannot detect land surface through cloud,andcloud- free image is quite rare during flood period due to the bad weather,so cloudcontamination is one of the main obstacles in flood monitoring using AVHRR data. Based on the spectral characteristics of groundcovers and the principle of satelliteobservation,this paper puts forward a simple but effective method for water iden-tification using AVHRR data, which is the ratio band of channel 2 by channel 1. By using this method,waterbody can be identified not only in cloud- free areas, butalso under semitransparent cloud and in cloud shadow.This method was used suc-cessfully in the 1 991 flood disaster in Huaihe river basin.
