国家重大科技基础设施航空遥感系统营口基地影像



封面图片为航空遥感系统2023年公益飞行实验期间获取的辽宁营口机场高空间分辨率影像,图中蓝色建筑为飞机的外场运行基地。本次营口公益实验历时42天,飞行13个架次,获取了高空间、高光谱、微波等多模态的航空与地面观测数据,为科学研究提供了高质量的数据资源。国家重大科技基础设施航空遥感系统由中国科学院航空遥感中心负责运行,是我国性能先进的航空遥感和科学实验平台,包括2架新舟60和2架奖状遥感飞机、10套先进的信息获取载荷、PB级数据处理中心,以及外场运行基地。航空遥感中心将持续组织公益飞行实验,开展数据协作与开放共享,加强国家对地观测科学数据中心航空遥感数据资源分中心建设,以充分发挥国家重大科技基础设施“创新利器”作用。

 

Yinkou Base of the National Major Science and Technology Infrastructure Chinese Aeronautic Remote Sensing System(CARSS)


The cover image shows the high spatial resolution image of Liaoning Yinkou Airport obtained during the 2023 public welfare flight experiment. The blue building in the picture represents the hanger for the MA60 remote sensing aircraft. This public welfare experiment lasted for 42 days, involved 13 flight missions, and collected aerial and ground observation data in various modes such as high spatial resolution, hyperspectral, and microwave, providing high-quality data resources for scientific research.The National Major Science and Technology Infrastructure CARSS is operated by Airborne Remote Sensing Center, Aerospace Information Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is an aviation remote sensing and scientific experiment platform with advanced performance in China, including two MA60 and two Citation S/ll remote sensing aircraft, 10 sets of advanced information acquisition payloads, PB-level data processing centers, and a field operation base. The Airborne Remote Sensing Center will continue to organize public welfare flight experiments, carry out data collaboration and open sharing, strengthen the construction of the Airborne Remote Sensing Data Resource Node, National Earth Observation Data Center, and fully leverage the role of the national major S&T infrastructure as an innovative tool.
