      摘要:This Paper introduces a new method of measuring solar constant on sun-synchronous polar orbit satellites. The method is different from the traditional tracing mode which is usually used to measure solar constant while satellite moving relative to the sun. The solar constant monitor is made up of three same absolute radiometers with 15° field-of-view which are mounted on one plane. The middle one makes 15° angle with respect to the other two. Because the angle between the orbit plane and solar meridian plane is stationary for sun-synchronous polar orbit satellites, We mount the plane with three absolute radiometers which parallel the solar meridian plane. Sometimes the sunlight overpass the field-of-view of three absolute radiometers respectively with its angle velocity when satellite moving in its orbit. Since in non-tracing mode the change of primary aperture area with angle is different from that of tracing mode. We use a simplified model in which the area variation with angle is expressed by cosine function in the range of -7.5° to +7.5°. Formula obtained by differential equation of thermodynamics of simplified model in nontracing mode is similar with that in tracing mode. The highest value which is only needed to record and trace when electric power replace light power is only 0.04% lower than that of tracing mode. The precision of our method could reach the same order as the tracing mode, but much simpler in structure and facility for measurement.

      摘要:As a preliminary step in the programm of radiative calibration site of remote sensing satellite of China, we measured the bidirectional reflectance distribution features (BRDF) of Dunhuang Site’s surface twice in June, 1994 and September, 1996 by using an intelligent instrument-VF921, a system made by ourselves for measuring the bidirectional reflectant properties. Through the datum processing and analyzing of these measurements, this paper evaluated the BRDF of the Site. Meanwhile, the paper also analyzed and discussed the problems within the measurement system and the datum processing methods.

      摘要:Beside atmospheric correction, another major factor that influences the precision of water color sensing is the unknown spectral characteristics of the water. Because of inherent different characters, there is great difference between the spectral measurement and analysis of lands and that of waters. In this paper, we first describe the relationship between remote sensing reflectance and the constituents of the water then propose an algorithm that can retrieve the concentrations of the main constituents of the water, which is different from the models of one algorithm for one constituent.

      摘要:This article presents a new approach to pattern recognition of multicategory remote sensing images by using multilayered neural network and self-organizing neural network. BP algorithm is a typical supervised classification method by which multilayered neural network can learn previous knowledge about patterns of remote sense image from trainning sample set and form complicated nonlinear decision function automatically. Kohonen neural network, which may produce what is called self-organizing feature maps similar to those that occur in the human brain, can be used as an unsupervised classifier. In this article, considering the features of multicategory remote sensing images, we synthesize the advantages of these two methods to form a complex classifier. First, trainning samples are divided into several groups to train the corresponding BP networks which parallel to construct supervised classifier. Second, the remote sensing image is classified into many gross classes by the supervised classifier. Third, use the result of the supervised classifier to train Kohonen network and each gross class is classified into some sub-classes by the trained Kohonen network. This method has been used in the classification of a SPOT remote sensing image, the number of recognizable classes is 48 while the average right rate of the supervised classification is 91.6%. The experimental results verify the usefulness of this approach.

      摘要:Based on spline function theory and dyadic wavelet theory, in this paper, theory and method of edge detection are studied and multi-scale edges of image are obtained. The results show that the edge has good property and can be used for matching of images.

      摘要:In this paper, the segmentation is performed on images, which are obtained by the addition of stochastic noise, maximum a posterior (MAP) estimate method, fuzzy C-means method and thresholding method of Otsu. The analysis with contrast is done on their output, and the curves of changing segmentation error with standard variance are drawn. Then the same process is carried out on the noisy images which are filtered with different methods.

      摘要:The Mogao grottoes of Dunhuang are valuable remains of world humankind, it’s very important to storage really and manage the Dunhuang mural paintings and painted sculpture. The information system of Dunhuang mural painting’s computer storage and management was established using the basic instrument, based on the methods integrated with close range photogrammetry, digital image processing, color science and information system theory. This study provided a useful test for conservation, reconstruction and development of the data of mural paintings and painted sculpture in Mogao grottoes of Dunhuang.

      摘要:This paper introduces the acquisition and the stucture of ERS-1 WSC data. Map production method for the backscattering coefficient from global land surface is described. The global covering cases of the WSC data are analysed. The first global backscattering coefficient image in China is presented. The capability of ERS-1 WSC data for monitoring global land surface is investigated. Results indicate that the global backscattering coefficient image of the world is the synthesis of global vegetation image and terrain maps. Six types of main land surface coverages could be discriminated with WSC data, including: deserts; grassland; tundras, marshland and wet land; mountains, unvegetated highland, islands and needleleaf; tropic rain forest; snow field and ice cap. The global desert is classified into three types based on the distribution of the backscattering coefficients. The possible reasons are that the desert in different latitude have much difference in the moisture, the type of vegetation and roughness.

      摘要:The Pearl River Delta is experiencing a fast urban growth in recent years which is responsible for rapid loss of the valuable agricultural land in the region. There is a great need to monitor the urban expansion using remote sensing for urban planning and management purposes. However, it has been well recognized that there is significant over-estimation of land use change inusing multitemporal images in change detection. The problem is due to inadequate creation of classification signatures in the classification of remote sensing images. This paper presents an improved method using principal components analysis of stacked multi-temporal images. It is found that this method can reduce the errors in land use change detection and provide a very useful method in monitoring land use changes in the Pearl River Dalta.

      摘要:According to the remote sensing data of thermal infrared image taken by aerial imaging spectrometer, and the environment investigation data of the Douhe reservoir, we analysed the ecological environment factors which include the heat pollution of the water, the pollution of suspended material, the influence of heat radiating resulted by the growth of water plants in the reservoir. Based on that, we discussed how to control the water quality in order to make the Douhe reservoir to be the drinking water resource area for the Tangshan city, and ensure that the people of this city can use high quality drinking water from there.

      摘要:Currently the modified maximun cross correlation (Correlation-Relaxation) method and the functional analysis method (FAM) are used to study displacement vector fields of sea ice in the Liaodong Bay of China, from NOAA satellite image sequences of continuous five clear days. Before using these algorithms several preprocessing steps, such as image registration, calibration, as well as land and water masks, are performed. Particularly, two kinds of normalization methods for the image sequence are tested in order to eliminate non-advective effect on the FAM calculations. The calculated results for the C-R method and the FAM are quite homogeneous and show distinct patterns in displacement vector fields. Both results are well explained by wind and tide data, which demonstrate that the time averaged winds and the residual tidal activity are responsible for the displacement of sea ice deduced from time lapsed images.

      摘要:After an overview of the GPS supported Aerotriangulation and the Fully Automatic Aerotriangulation, this paper presents the GPS supported Automatic Aerotriangulation, including itsprinciple, method and procedure. The related software developed by the authors are briefly described. To test the new method suggested by the authors, a real data set of GPS supported aerophotography taken from Haerbin project was used. The results of the test indicates that the new method will increase the accuracy and the efficiency very significantly and the new method can be widely used in GIS data acquisition and updating.

      摘要:A new method of three-dimensional display of landforms based on airborne remote sensing which is in the model of GPS (Global Positioning System) space-ground positioning is described. The display results of real airborne remote sensing show that the method has the advantages of multi-angle display, simplicity and feasibility, as well as has a good effect for us to analyse and extract the multi-dimensional information of remote sensing from the achievements of airborne remote sensing based on GPS space-ground positioning model.
