      摘要:Surface parameters refer to the complex dielectric constants, moisture, surface rms height and coherent length, etc. This paper analysed the simplified one-step IEM Model, and estimated the backscattering coefficients, dielectric constants and surface roughness(rms height and coherent length) with the SIR-C L-band Polarimetric data for Xinjiang area. The surface parameters derived from polarimetric data can he used to analyse the forming courses, time and stages of alluvial fans.

      摘要:A retrieval scheme by using deconvolution method and dense data acquisition is proposed for extracting the information of inhomogenous reflectivities in a radar beam and therefore increasing the angular resolution of radar observation. Preliminary nomerical simulations show that the retrieval method can increase the angular resolution by a factor of 3 in comparison with conventional radar measurement. and has a distinct inversion ability for reflectivity variations especially with the periods of 0.58-2.0HW (here HW is the 3dB antenna beam width). The influence of measurement errors on the retrieved result is also investigated by numerical simulation. Some technical specification requirements in radar observations for this retrieval scheme are discussed. This retrieval method will he useful for the accuracy improvement of measurements of precipitation, cloud water content and other parameters by radar, in particular by spaceborne active or passive remote sensors.

      摘要:In this paper, four kinds of IHS transformations are used to integrate SAR and TM images. The resultant images are evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively. It shows that the quantitative analysis using entropy, joint entropy and average gradient is better than visual quantitative analysis, and provides the way to choose the most suitable IHS transformation for combining images.

      摘要:Fuzzy supervised classification-iteration method was used in evaluating the rice planting area on a mixed pixel signal unmaxing basis. Channels 3 and 4 of AVHRR were used in this study according to the fact that the temperature of rice fields different from that of rainfalled-crop fields and based on the analysis of statistical characteristic. The additional channels in middle infrared and thermal infrared allowed rice to be identified easier than using the visible and near-infrared channels alone, and added the dimensional number of the pixel value vector in the characteristic. The iterative process is effective and convergen. The pixel proportion images of rice planting area produced in this study have a good consistence with the ground truth Compared with rice area abtained form TM image and field survey, this method has a high accuracy.

      摘要:The paper is to study the prospective superlarge mineral deposits with remote sensing. Based on geological interpretation and analysis of the processed TM images. magnetic. gravity and r-emerge spectrum data, extraction of thematic information of geological features is conducted on three aspects: rock, structure and alteration zone. By comparing the remote sensing geological features of five large or superlarge mineral deposits located in the same metallogenic belt in Manzhouli of China. Russia and Mongolia, and analysing their ore-controlling factors and prospecting criteria, their remote sensing image patterns are established. Finally, guided by remote sensing image patterns, seven prospective locations of large or superlarge mineral deposits are delineated.

      摘要:A model of simulated spectra for pollution cloud in a complicated environment is proposed. Using large background and target-gas spectra which are measured by passive Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIS) and least-squares fitting procedures, we have simulated successfully the spectra of pollution gas. Simultaneously, the feature Parameters for pollution cloud, column density and effective radiative temperature of gas are given. The system can be operated in many different air pollution locations, e.g., industrial plants, airports, crossroads, garbage-disposal sites, to determine passively the gas molecules concentrations of CO, CO2, NO, NO2, N2O, NH3, CH4, SO2, H2O, HCl and HCHO in plumes. Finally, we discuss in detail the simulated results for simulant.

      摘要:With reviewing the history of normalization, the authors have discussed the role of data nomalization from the viewpoint of industrialization society to informatization society, also according to the challenge of the global information highway establishment to geoscience research, pointed out the role of data standard to the information collection and information sharing in thc informatization society. According to the recommendation of ISO/ TC 211 work group to the metadata of geographic information description and the analysis of the ISO and CEN standards, they present a basic idea of how to estab lish the metadata standard in the country.       摘要:For the investigation of disaster condition and loss estimation of flood and waterlogging damages using GIS and remote sensing, a new method can be used, that is, the estimation method of disaster-bearing limitation (the EMDL). The disaster-bearing limitation of flood and waterlogging damages (the DLFWD) is a way to express the regional stability, and the regional stability under the disaster condition will mainly depend on the disaster-bearing factors E{nk}, the disaster-causing factors E{kk}, and their coupling relationship E{k,nk} in human and environment system. In this paper, the principle and method of the EMDL are stated, that is, combining with the computational principle of the DLFWD based on the DEM data, and Extracting the information from the remote sensing images of flooding period and non-flooding period, the disaster condition of flooding and waterlogging damages can be estimated.

      摘要:Image interpolation plays an important role in many applications of digital image. Some interpolation base functions, such as some time-limited functions, rectangle, triangle, bell, or cubic spline functions, and some precise functions, sinc function, have been used in signal or image interpolation. Meanwhile, a wavelet function has both of the satisfying properties for the interpolation base function, i. e. time-limited and precise. And the wavelet transformation gives a shortcut method for signal or image interpolation, which is the main idea of this paper. The new method can be applied not only to the general interpolation purpose but also to the image information synthesis and accumulation. The feasibility of the interpolation method applied in the image information synthesis and accumulation with frames of different radiance and the steps for images with coarse located corresponding points have also been discussed. The image interpolation experiments based on wavelet with 4 POLDER multiangular remote sensing images show that the new method is practical.

      摘要:Geographical processes are scale dependent and numerous applications in GIS require changing degrees of detail or scale, thus geographic information should be made available at multiple levels of abstraction. In this sense, people are now beginning to realize the lack of generalization functionality with respect to the development of value-added products from the initial database and the update of existing databases, particularly when multiple scales are involved. Geographical information generalization is a new challenge to technical progress of GIS. This paper focuses its basic meaning and realization firstly, then introduces a new automatic algorithm based on fractal analysis, which is proposed by the authors, and discusses the further problems of generalization in GIS lastly.

      摘要:An inconsistency is one of the engineering obstacles to unwrap phase. Both noise and undersampling can cause inconsistencies. Up to now, the method of processing inconsistencies is to avoid inconsistent pixels whether they are caused by noise or undersampling. This paper presents a new method for phase unwrapping. After phase-gradient is estimated, unweighted and weighted phase unwrapping are used. It has been shown that the precision of phase can be improved because of a reasonable initial quantity for weighted least-squares.

      摘要:There are a series of ecological environment problems in different areas of the Tarim river basin. Affected by irrational human activities, especially by the irrational use of water resource, desertification generally exsited in the lower reaches of the river. Based on the RS information of multiseason (1959,1983,1992), multiband and multiplatform, depended on the date of GPS positioning, spectral measurment as well as analysis of soil, vegetation and water samples, the desertification maps are produced for different years in Alagan. Moreover, under the support of ARC/INFO software, the dynamic maps of desertification are made. According to the information of GIS DB, system theory, information theory and control theory are used for analysing the processing of desertification in Alagan. At last. based on the model of GM(1,1), the desertification bend in Alagan is predicted.
